Terms and Conditions:

Possession of a Capital VIP ticket shall constitute the following terms and conditions. 1. Tickets shall not be exchanged or money refunded. 2. Lost tickets will NOT be replaced. 3. Capital VIP reserve the right to refuse entry to the ticket holder at its absolute discretion. 4. It is a licensing condition that every person entering the building must have a valid ticket. 5. No re-admission. 6. Capital VIP reserve the right to make any changes whatsoever to the act or programme at its absolute discretion. 7. The right to refund on postponement or cancellation of an event is at Capital VIP’s absolute discretion. 8. The ticket holder consents to the filming, photography and sound recording at the event. 9. No food or drinks are allowed to be brought into the event. 10. Capital VIP reserves the right to search teenagers. 11. Photography, filming or sound recording without written consent from Capital VIP is strictly not allowed. 12. Parents must deliver and collect teenagers from the event. 13. Ticket holders may be subject to continuous sound level which could damage hearing.
